We will gladly accept phone orders. You can reach us at 1-888-357-0961 Monday – Friday 8 am till 6 pm PST.

Shipping is included for sales of $50 or more
(retail and domestic only).

Order Considerations:

* All items are individually handmade, please take careful consideration when choosing your items as we don’t make it till you order it.

* Please allow up to five days for your order to ship out.
* Photos may show hat brims rolled up or down to display the styles versatile look.
* Style price may vary depending on fabrics used.
* Colors on-line are close but not exact.

Most orders will be sent by USPS Priority mail with the exception of larger sized orders which will be shipped by UPS . For orders under $50 please specify how you would like your items sent: Shipping and Handling UPS $16.50 USPS $8.75 *International orders may be charged additional shipping not calculated on our pay pal site. please contact us direct for prices.

15 day Return Policy

  1. Option one – Items may be returned for credit against a future order less shipping cost. No cash refunds will be issued.
    Option two – Items may be returned for a refund less shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
    *Items must be returned in their original packaging within 15 business days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition, with tags never worn or otherwise soiled.
  2. If you order the wrong size, the wrong color, or if you just don’t like what you bought, we will be happy to exchange your item(s). There will be a re-shipping fee on the items purchased. Of course, if we ship you the wrong item, we will exchange at no additional cost.
  3. The customer must call WE Hats at 206-439-8315 prior to sending the item(s) that you intend to return or exchange and obtain an authorization number that must be clearly placed on the shipping box. All returned item(s) received by WE Hats without the authorization number on the package will not be accepted.


About Customs, Duties & Taxes:
* When ordering from WE Hats, you are responsible for assuring the products you’ve purchased can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
* The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
* Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
* The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.
* Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; WE Hats has no control over these charges, nor can WE Hats predict what they may be.
* Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


Payment methods

WE Hats gladly accepts VISA,  MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, pay by phone, or Pay Pal.  Your order will be processed immediately. We can also accept Personal Checks and Money Orders, please note that orders placed with Money Orders are processed upon receipt, and personal check orders are processed upon bank confirmation.
